The Body

Childhood trauma is not just a cognitive experience. Trauma lives in the body. Together, we’ll help your body feel safe again through gentle somatic awareness and nervous system regulation.

The Mind

Trauma rewires your brain to prioritize survival over connection. By working with neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to undergo structural or physiological changes), we can create new patterns to shift from surviving to thriving.

The Spirit

Healing is about remembering who you were before survival became your default. This work will help you unlearn the conditioning and trauma responses you adopted to feel safe and accepted, and reconnect you with your authentic self and purpose.

What’s inside the program

  • Trauma recovery coaching operates in a client-led, support model of care. We recognize the client as a valuable member of their own recovery team.

    By defining your own recovery goals, you have the opportunity to identify what you’d like to work toward during the coaching program.

  • We’ll start the program with a 55-minute program kickoff call to understand your background, needs, and goals, ensuring you feel supported and confident before we begin. where we will conduct initial assessments to get to know you better. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions about the program, so that you feel confident and comfortable before we dive into our first coaching session.

  • The 1:1 private coaching sessions provide a supportive and collaborative space for client-led exploration and self-discovery. We’ll work together to explore patterns, and build tools for regulation, connection, and self-trust.

  • You’ll gain access to an online client portal with videos and exercises to deepen your understanding of trauma and support your growth between sessions. Topics include nervous system regulation, Internal Family System (IFS) parts work, reparenting your inner child, boundary setting, building interdependence, and more.

As a survivor of childhood trauma and Complex PTSD, I understand the weight trauma leaves on the mind, body, and spirit.

Now, as a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner, I help clients navigate the path I once walked so they can remember their wholeness and know they’re never alone.

However, under HSA (health savings account) or FSA (flexible spending account) plans, you may be eligible for reimbursement for out-of-pocket costs related to your health care needs, including trauma recovery coaching services. Please contact your HSA or FSA provider (not medical insurance provider) to confirm eligibility.

  • All coaching sessions are held virtually over Zoom.

  • The program is structured as a 12-week program where we meet once a week. But there’s flexibility to adjust the meeting cadence. Please ask for additional information on how we can customize this program to fit your needs and schedule.
