Holistic Trauma Recovery Coaching Program

A 12-week one-on-one coaching program designed to help you shift from surviving to thriving

Tell me, is this you?

  • You feel like something is “wrong” with you or that you’re broken.

  • You may seem to have it all together on the outside, but feel empty, hopeless, or discontent on the inside.

  • You frequently experience emotional dysregulation – emotions feel intense, out of control, or overwhelming.

  • You struggle with anxiety, depression, dissociation, hypervigilance, or panic attacks.

  • You have difficulty setting and communicating your boundaries, often neglecting your own needs to please others.

  • You know your childhood trauma is keeping you feeling stuck in survival mode, but don’t know how to move forward in your healing journey.

Imagine if you could…

  • Understand the impacts of trauma on your mind, body, and relationships.

  • Learn how to establish safety and connection with your nervous system.

  • Develop the tools and skills to navigate triggers and emotional dysregulation.

  • Learn how to connect with yourself and others in a healthy way.

  • Move out of living in survival mode and live a life beyond your trauma.

  • Feel empowered in your healing journey and reconnect with your authentic self.

A holistic approach to trauma recovery addresses:

The Body

Childhood trauma is not just a cognitive experience. Trauma is also stored in our body and impacts our digestive and nervous systems. Finding safety and presence in our body is crucial to calming our nervous system that’s become overactivated and dysregulated from trauma.

The Mind

Experiencing trauma rewires the brain. It hijacks our cognitive functions to be in a state of hypervigilance, anxiety, and fear. By working with neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to undergo structural or physiological changes), we can create new patterns to shift from surviving to thriving.

The Spirit

Every child is born with a unique soul path that’s often conditioned out of us in childhood. To live an authentic life aligned with who we truly are, we must unlearn who we needed to become to receive love, belong, and survive. This is the journey of remembering, reclaiming, and returning home to ourselves.

What’s inside the program

  • Trauma recovery coaching operates in a client-led, support model of care. We recognize the client as a valuable member of their own recovery team.

By defining your own recovery goals, you have the opportunity to identify what you’d like to work toward during the coaching program.

  • We’ll start the program with a 55-minute program kickoff call, where we will conduct initial assessments to get to know you better. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions about the program, so that you feel confident and comfortable before we dive into our first coaching session.

  • The 1:1 private coaching sessions provide a safe and supportive space for client-led exploration and self-discovery. We’ll work collaboratively to discuss where you’re at in your recovery, address your specific needs and challenges, and create experiences for healing and growth to help reach your recovery goals at your own pace.

  • To supplement the 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll also gain access to a client portal with 12 modules of self-guided videos and worksheets. This curriculum is designed to educate you about what trauma is and how trauma impacts our mind, body, and relationships. You’ll also learn ways to restore safety and connection through regulating your nervous system, connecting with and reparenting your inner child, setting healthy boundaries, building interdependence, and more.

hi there,

I’m Yena!

As a survivor of childhood trauma and Complex PTSD, I know firsthand the harmful impact complex trauma can have on our mind, body, how we view ourselves, and how we relate to others.

Now, as a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, I’m dedicated to walking alongside my clients to help them navigate the often lonely path to healing and remind them that they are never alone.

Client Stories

  • “You’ve changed my life, Yena!! Prior to joining your coaching program, I was very dysregulated. I didn't know about the nervous system and how it impacts every facet of life regarding CPTSD. I was able to grow immensely by learning how to regulate my nervous system and re-parenting myself. I am a much better mom by being able to stay in my window of tolerance.”

    — Marie T, Galveston, TX

  • “Working with Yena is changing my life for the better by ten fold. I have done counseling before, but never realized I was suffering from trauma. In the 12-week program I have learned more about myself than all counseling I have done before. This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. If you even in the tiniest bit think, “Should I work with her?” then my advice is you should definitely sign up. Thank you Yena for what you have given me, I am so grateful!”

    — Dennis S, Phoenix, AZ

  • “Yena taught me to view all of my thoughts and reactions as natural responses, which helped me accept and process my thoughts rather than shutting them down out of guilt and shame. Her compassionate, accepting, and soulful responses to my concerns helped me realize that I had it in me to turn my life around and thrive rather than simply surviving. She is truly a person with unparalleled compassion and empathy.”

    Renuka M, Seattle, WA

  • “Looking back on the person I was before this program and the person I am today I feel like they are two vastly different people. Yena is such an extraordinary, kind, and healing coach that I always felt safe during our meetings and I was left feeling in more control of my life after our sessions.”

    — Alma H, Chicago, IL

  • “It was a life-changing experience and you were such a great guide to begin my healing journey with. Through your program, I was able to see that a lot of what I thought was my flawed personality was actually trauma responses. Thoughts that were there before, there's now an absence of. It's like I'm transforming as a person and it feels monumental. I feel lighter, freer, and empowered.”

    — Jessica K, San Diego, CA

  • “Yena showed me what CPTSD is, how it manifests in the body/mind/spirit and how to work through the pain of the trauma in a gentle and caring way. I now have the tools and resources to work through my trauma. Since starting the program, I have been able to set some boundaries, express my needs and bring awareness to the areas of myself that require healing.”
